Roy Rollins just got his 3000th hit to go with 525 home runs. He's 37 and should be slowing down -- I've got Bill Shorter ready to take over at 1B whenever the time comes -- but Matty Alou produced for the Berrameisters until he was 40, so who knows how long a good player can last in this league?
