Pickoffs Added

I've added pickoffs to the game logic. Only guys who are fast enough to take a lead will be picked off (C or better speed). They should be fairly rare, but we'll see what happens, right?

Pitchers with better Arm will have a better chance of picking guys off. Also Lefties have a better shot at getting a guy on first. Righties have a slightly better shot at 2nd, and a better shot at 3rd. Although these pickoffs are more rare than at 1st.

I also added changed names to the news page, but you won't see that until next season. Also, I updated it to give you the window to change names during the first month of the season, not just 1950.

Wow! I had my first pick-off at the most opportune time too!! During my three game sweep of the league leading BoMons, my ace reliever Bugs Sawyer picked off Tyler Fette, their leadoff hitter to end the game and preserve a 2-1 win :

Inning: 9 Boston
Bugs Sawyer comes in from the bullpen to pitch. Charlie Thayer hits a home run. Danny MacDonald is pinch hitting for Bill Toland. Danny MacDonald strikes out. Tyler Fette singles. Charlie Brown flies out to the right fielder. Tyler Fette gets picked off first

figures. its my team that sets the example on how not to do something :p haha im just happy the monsters have gotten past their rough start. seems to be their dynasty trademark move.
