This year he has been looking up (longingly) to the Mendoza line. About ten days ago we got an offer for him fro the Phillies. Since then, Mairena has gone 13 for 27 with several multibase hits. Hopefully, he has turned it around..... Thanks, Philadelphia....

A lifetime .300+ hitter, he was an allstar last year with .300 batting average, 26 HRs , 108 RBI and 99 runs scored. He carried us to the league championship.This year he has been looking up (longingly) to the Mendoza line. About ten days ago we got an offer for him fro the Phillies.
