Where did you have your picks ranked?

I think it's kinda cool to look at where you had players ranked in the draft and where you were able to get them.
I got my #1 ranked guy as the 4th pick in the draft
I got my #7 ranked guy as the 18th pick in the draft
I got my #11 ranked guy as the 32th pick in the draft
I got my #27 ranked guy as the 48th pick in the draft
Everybody's needs and talent evaluation is different, but it's fun to see.

I pushed all of the pitchers down to the bottom of the list as I had more than enough of those after the expansion draft.
I got my #2 ranked guy as the 10th pick.
I got my #5 ranked guy as the 26th pick.
I got my #13 ranked guy as the 42nd pick.
I got my #21 ranked guy as the 58th pick.
I got my #23 ranked guy as the 74th pick.
One is starting at catcher and two of them are platooning at first.

Rank #1, pick 1
Rank #2, pick 2
Rank 18, pick 34
Rank 30, pick 50
Rank 35, pick 51
Rank 36, pick 66

Looks to me like your manager preferences with regards to pitching needs an adjustment. Here are the stats for your starters.
Miller - 7 starts 29.1 innings
Semproch - 9 starts 34.2 innings
Skinner - 9 starts 37.0 innings
Sloop - 7 starts 22.1 innings
Walker - 8 starts 26.0 innings
Total - 40 starts 149.1 innings, average of 3.7 innings per start.
Meanwhile, Joe Baker has thrown 85 innings out of the pen, over half of what your entire rotation has thrown.
Not only is this probably hurting the starters performances, but you'll end up shortchanging them on improvement chances.
Also, I'd call up Ostdiek to the bullpen, stick Baker into the starting rotation, and put 5 CP's on Walker for this year.
Hope that helps you a little.....

Thanks for the suggestion, I changed my manager perferences to give the SP a little more room chance to stay in.. I put baker in the SP lineup, put ostdek in Long Reliever role and have 5 CP's on Walker now.
Maybe i was just pulling my SP's too soon. Thanks for the suggestion.
