How many times do the Broncos need to be embarrassed in the playoffs before that joker loses his job? Does anyone believe he's a good coach, or are we all kind of in agreement that John Elway and Terrell Davis were great players for ol' fish-brains?January 09, 2005 at 07:58PM View BBCode
Over rated as a coach. He didn't succeed in Oakland as I recall..Just hope he doesn't get recycled to Cleveland.January 09, 2005 at 07:58PM View BBCode
I think he can coach but I just think that he has been in one job too long. It is time for him to move on. Having a HOF QB like Elway does help alot though. I see him on the SF sidelines next year.January 09, 2005 at 07:58PM View BBCode
Maybe twice...let's see what happens later this week.January 09, 2005 at 08:11PM View BBCode
He is a horrible talent evaluator which is one of Denver's problems. He has too much power there. He was the guy that wanted Jake Plummer. I guess all those years that Plummer struggled in Arizona were not an indication ot him that he is just not a good quarterback. If the Broncos have a brain in their head they will can him this offseason.January 10, 2005 at 01:07AM View formatted

This is a guy who has turned Olandis Gary, Mike Anderson, and Ruben Droughns into good running backs and Terrell Davis and Cliton Portis into great ones in Denver. He is a one of the league's better coaches, and to fire hm and replace him with an unproven and likely crappy coach would be an idiotic move.January 10, 2005 at 03:41AM View BBCode
I'm with ME, he may not be Bill Belichick, but he has managed to keep his team solid for some time now, which is more then most teams would hope for.January 10, 2005 at 04:28AM View BBCode
What about a guy like Romeo Cronell (sp?)? Or Jim Johnson (I think thats his name, he is Philly's D coordinator) from the Eagles? In the NFL it isn't that hard to be in contention for a long period of time because to turn-around rate is so fast. You could have one sucky year and end up in the playoffs the next (See Carolina Panthers or Tampa Bay Bucs if you want the reverse) so it is pretty hard to go through a long period of crappiness.January 10, 2005 at 04:43AM View BBCode

And who made that offensive line? All of their starters were drafted by the Broncos.January 10, 2005 at 05:06AM View BBCode
