Despite the OTG going 16-5 against St.L during the season, the Hustlers showed their meddle with a 4-2 victory over us.Congrats to St. L and Cleveland.

Yeah I certainly am a bit disappointed. The upside for me is that I have no retirements, a youngish pitching staff and a future hall of famer coming up in Rufino Leever.

Unbelieveable! I really love my team but really expected Boston to win. He was so hot at the end of the year. His pitching shut me down in that last series. He still should be applauded for a great year and great patience with his players. Congrats to St. Louis for hanging tough and Brooklyn on a great season.

It's funny that you mention my patience, because after the first twenty or so games I was real close to trading away all my older players and starting anew, but just couldn't pull the trigger. My guess is that next season will be my last year of contention unless my pitchers take a swig form the fountain of youth.
Good luck in the Series, beat ST. Louis and keep the crown in the AL!

Great series ST. Louis! Good Pitching beats good hitting. You need good hitting to get to the dance but your pitching was awsome! They shut me down. Except in game one, what a slugfest. I am proud to be beaten by such a great team. You all take care. I will return.
