Change in how Starting Pitcher rest bar is used & other fixes/enhancements

I've made a change to the starting pitcher bar. Note that it behaves differently than players who are listed as relievers. You can see who will pitch based on the colors of the tired bar. Green means he will pitch in the next game. The day after a guy pitches, his bar will be red. It will get closer to Green as he rests.
Note that moving players between reliever spots and starter spots may cause their bars to change. It takes a lot more rest for a guy to come out and start, then it does for a guy to come out of the pen and pitch an inning.

Draft Center

Can you tell I'm sick of looking at the game code? I'm trying to get a few of these things taken care of.
There is no longer separate sections for the Amateur Draft and Inaugral Draft. This was done because I couldn't ever figure out how to properly spell Inagural. Also, this section was showing incorrect information and nobody seemed to go there anyhow (or else you would have reported it, right?).
So if you go to Draft Center from the GM Center, it will take you to the page that is pertinent for your league... whether its player ratings, or draft results.

Filtering League News

I added the ability to filter the league news, so that you can only view Trades, Waiver Wire, Retires, or Promotes/Demotes. Check it out.

Sorting Team Stats

I've started adding sorting capabilities to the Team Stats page. At least for batters right now, you can sort by most of the statistics.

Completed the hitting sorts, and added the pitching sorts as well. Should come in handy I think.
