Essentially the same offer as previously posted but this time adding a future 1st (likely a playoff pick) for Carter and a 2nd (likely a rebuilding pick). Too good to pass up?

I would absolutely accept that in a heartbeat. Excellent deal for you. Must be a very difficult league in which to trade if you're being offered that much for essentially one guy that probably never gets to A overall (he's low B+ now)... and even if he does it's still a great deal for you.
