I don't know who's offering what here, so I don't know what advice to give on that front. If those two guys at this point I'd rather have Ruffin. He's the sure thing. But I have no new where the other guy is in his grades.

Here is the deal I can get the #1 pick and get Ruffin I would trade Perrine for that pick.

I like Ruffin more than Perrine.

Draft is done but I agree with Ruffin as a hold. Ruffin's worst case is what he is right now A+/B, red letter endurance mediocre health, which only matters in max injury leagues. If he never hits an improve he's a #3/4 starter, if he's high in that B control and makes B+ then he's a #2, maybe #1 if he maxes velocity and reaches mid B+.

Perrine could be high in his grades and make A-/A+ which is a #1, or he could be low in his grades and max out at B+/A, or worse. I don't like the risk.

I guess what I'm saying is Ruffin has a marginally lower ceiling, A+/B+ but a much higher floor, A+/B so I would have done what you did, keep the pick and take Ruffin.

He traded for the pick to get Ruffin. He originally owned Perrine. Good trade!
