If the trade is up for Veto I would say it is an issue. To clarify this trade since neither owner has The Trade #1489870 also has St Louis is getting points!!! (so basically getting a cherry on top)

I wasn't the one who protested it, but yeah, it's bad. If the prospect was going to San Diego to STAY, it'd be a different story. But my U2U requesting clarification on that has not been answered, so, alas, I must assume it is not.

Also to point out we should refrain from talking about trades when they are up for Protest Pecker or Trinity1 should have Posted that Coaching Points were also involved, instead of posting PLEASE PROTEST PROPER TRADES at 9:38 less than a few hours later(when pecker and trinity most recent trades have been put up for a vote) !! Pecker took it on himself to attack the System , and other owner's involved in previous trades!! Instead of doing the right thing and also letting the league know that points were involved!!

Everyone knew points were involved. It was posted in the message board back on March 13th. What are you even talking about? I will bump it up for you since you didn't bother to read it.

The system is fine. It's the people that abuse the system is what I have a problem with.

A.) I didn't know points were involved, which is why I asked via U2U for clarification, but I never got a reply, so no, not "everybody" knew, and B.) the CPs actually do not make the trade more balanced, they make it less balanced in my opinion, and it has nothing to do specifically with any previous trade being protested. And apparently almost half the league agrees (more people voted against it than for it). I know the site rules say you need 66%, but this trade obviously isn't as balanced as some claim if half the league thinks its unbalanced or unfair.

Just sayin'.

I agree and neglected to state that I am giving 5 cp points. I can understand other owners frustration. I am sorry for my negligence. My reasoning for the trade was it was going to be a high 1st, and I needed pitching for the playoffs. The other factor is that I do not have a lot in the minors to merit cps.
