Every franchise has the ability to nominate however many of the nominees they'd like but 3-4 seems to be the acceptable average. We'll leave voting open until the end of the Sim Bowl. Rather than wait for 15 votes, we're going to lower that threshold to 10 as we were unable to meet that threshold last season. Not everyone who plays in our league is active on the forums to no fault of their own.
The nominees also will include the runners-up from the last three voting phases.

Ouch for Carroll and Dirico who miss the threshold by a single vote! There were 11 ballots overall meaning that since the threshold must be more than half of the total number of ballots, that means six was the magic number! Remember, don't assume your favorites will get in! The more people who vote, the most diluted the ballots get!
