No Strength or Speed, but Run Cover, Tackling, & Agility are ok.
Would you at least keep him or make him an active backup?
Do you hope that he improves enough to be playable?

I don't really think it's worth it. I'd rather play someone out of position in the depth chart than let someone on my defense with green strength. His improvement rates are decent but not enough to ever produce even mediocrity. I'd pass. I've never experimented with low strength defensive players all that much but I can hardly see this guy helping you when I've had to toss B strength guys who caused clear holes in the defense whenever they swapped in.[Edited on 1-7-2017 by luminafire]
