I will make it a bit less detailed here - you can fine tooth comb the Fhfl threads and improve your team building skills longterm a solid way.

Now RandT I noticed your 23 yr old safety is being probably A drilled --- your guys speed is what is needed use the S- drill safeties need pursuit to cut angles off as the last line of defence and speed. S-drills will give safeties more IC chances in attributes they require.
Your De Freuigland needs some strength bulding spinach not A drills W- Drills will concenrate on strength and tackle along with stamina. Which if he converts succesfully at an average pace the blitz becomes a possible terror in 2-3 years let alone the run cover.
22 yr old receive Winfield must play Fl or Sr in sg. he needs to up his break tackle skills and a simple F- drill can do the job if he converts.
on formation As all fhfl players know QB"s love the Fl and SR positions way more than the SE slot. put your best receivers as FL and SR in all formations they see more passes by far.
A fraction of what we did to help players better play and enjoy the finer parts of sim. More later if you wish.
