Baltimore - 30 players in the minors, no set Relief Pitching, not even a set batting lineup. Most of their Red (A) players are in the minors for obvious "dumping" reasons.
Toronto - last active JUNE 5th.

Commish wasn't active for several weeks. Seems it's time to find a new one.

Frunobulax has volunteered to be a commissioner or co-commissioner, but he is also only a chaperone for his time. Not sure I care, but not sure I have seen that before.
Are people ok with that and are there others willing to do it?

Jzirker hasn't been active since 8/22. I am suppose to be the co-commissioner (not sure how that is still the case), but I have not time to do it correctly. We need someone to step up and be the commissioner and the co-commissioner. It looks like we have at least 5 dead teams.
