I am speaking of rules that govern all leagues if the league doesn't have special rules.
Can someone post the general rules link for all leagues?

I can't find the doc that has info about votes needed for rule changes. Can anyone help?

I lobbied admin for a change and they made it on their own. That was intended for the BZL but Chris went site wide with it.
This was a change in the PWL, however, where a vote was cast and I asked admin how many votes were required. The league and site rules were followed and I didn't object.
Apples to oranges.

so if it's 8 for and 8 against, the change wins?

borderline meaningless question, that link says for Very Minor Rule Changes:"1/2 of owners who vote on the rule must approve it"
so if it's 8 for and 8 against, the change wins?

I am not aware of this ever happening but the way it reads, yes.
It also sounds like if there are only 8 total votes and 4 in favor that the change would be made. Seems kind of silly to me.
