I need intervention

On a day in which I absolutely had nothing to do with this site what so ever, (bye week, pending draft picks, pending upcoming draft, pending off season, waiting for upcoming draft, pending league fulfillment, out of playoffs) I still chose to visit the site 14 times in 13 hours. I need help in the most serious of ways. Any suggestions?

I am more of a binger you kind of get hooked on 1 of your teams after working on it for better or for worse and when you hear temptation call it's your heart that takes the first fall. It's all good.
I kind of agree it is sort of an addiction. But a nice one. After watching 96 % of the under 30 or so population Engulfed into becoming Cell Phone Zombies "Oblivious to the outside world past their Auras" I think no itervention is needed :puzzled::o:o:o:o:o:o:o
