It's correct. Little was the pitcher of record when your team took the lead in the game.

A starting pitcher must complete 5 innings to get a win. in MLB since the starter didn't go 5 the official could give the win to whichever reliever pitched most effectively but ABE doesn't do subjective decision making so since Little was the pitcher of record when Cinci took the lead, and they never relinquished the lead, Little gets the W.
