swept by SF with all three games 3-4?
REALLY ABE? what kind of drugs are you on THIS season.
my team should be in FIRST place for christs sake and it's not really even close. hell if you combine the other two "contenders" pitching staffs it might be as good as mine.

Hey, the Finn's are 10-14 vs you and 14-7 vs Brooklyn and swept Chicago earlier this season. Maybe I should be the one complaining.

I think it is your manager's fault bundy! Heck he still has an injured player (Graham) in the lineup and not on the DL ten days later, and I also believe there is a strong correlation to on field performance and HOF voting (although I might be wrong about that one lol).
Or Bundy you could come join us over here in the AL where you would have the 4th best staff/team, one of us likely will miss the playoffs and have a real gripe, but that is what makes the games interesting and challenging...

The Fightin' Finns over the Beer Bellys. Hey, maybe ABE just doesn't like your team nickname? He just has them play like an old, fat and slow beer league softball team.

sounds like the 30 and over fast pitch team i played on for a couple seasons awhile back - except we had a few stoners too.

Fast pitch, man that is one that I wish would make a come back, I played when I first got out of college and ended my baseball career, and my dad played alot of it when I was growing up.
Something about slow pitch that is just not right to me, kind of like adult T-Ball...

ABE can kiss my entire a$$.
in all my years i have NEVER seen a team make the playoffs with a pitching staff a putrid as BRK.
if i had that i would be in LAST PLACE and that is a FACT.
and here's how he did it.
http://www.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=11647410&statsorimps=last10
yes, that's right. NINETEEN EARNED RUNS from sept-oct in EIGHT innings over TWELVE appearances.
if he was on BRK he would have won the frikking FOY award but for ME ABE decides to use him as a way to keep my team out of the playoffs.
only reason i will renew is because i spent too much money on this team to give up already. i'll get my revenge before i leave.

Got to agree with you on one point at least, I can't stand relief pitchers. Even my A+/A in another league comes in to put out the fire with a gasoline can way too often.

I have a question?
i was looking at Brooklyn's team and why is it ok for him to have one catcher? with D+ health at that. I thought it was mandatory that you have 2 catchers at all times.
in one league i was in a team only had one and there was a big stink between the owners about it. they got everyone involved.

Brooklyn does actually have two catchers on his roster, the second one is primarily an outfielder:
http://simdynasty.com/player.jsp?player=nobody&mode=stats&id=10174333
The only real penalty in regular dynasty leagues for carrying less than two catchers is that you cannot make adjustments to your roster, oh other than inferior players putting on the tools of ignorance and teams running wild on you.
In private leagues there can be more severe penalties...

I can only assume it's somehow letting the two OF's with B or B+ ratings at catcher count somehow, although I've never seen that before.

Yep, as long as they are over 50% at catcher they count towards the catcher requirements...
