Week 7 predictions

Make your picks

Charlotte (0-5) @ Boston (2-3)
Reason: There's just something I like about Boston
Syracuse (1-5) @ Cleveland (1-5)
Reason: Cleveland could win if they had an offense that delivered 30 points. But that's not how the Bluejackets are built.
Washington (1-4) @ Florida (0-6)
Reason: Washington really needed to win the last game...and the game before that...and the game before that. Oh well, no time like the present to get going.
New England (5-1) @ Miami (4-2)
Reason: Miami at home at against the Soviets who seemed to upset the Injury Bug
Rochester (4-1) @ Milwaukee (4-2)
Reason: the defending champs are getting ready to hand over the reins with that defense.
Dallas (3-3) @ Minnesota (1-5)
Reason: Everything is bigger in Texas, including that running game
Los Angeles (1-4) @ New Jersey (3-3)
Reason: In the movie JAWS, a retriever gets eaten by the shark after chasing a stick. Same result, except this time its recievers.
Buffalo (5-0) @ New York (4-2)
Reason: The Feds start their division against Giants who are reeling from their recent loss. It can go either way here, just who has the ball last.
Las Vegas (3-2) @ Orlando (2-3)
Reason: All bets are off as Vegas travels to see Flipper
New Orleans (4-2) @ San Diego (2-3)
Reason: Wop wop wop. That's the sound of either a flat tire on the expressway or the Rebels delivering a beatdown.
Hamilton (0-6) @ San Jose (3-3)
Reason: The Tigercats have gone MIA, but it would not matter. It wasn't if Hamilton was going to lose, but by how much.
Pittsburgh (5-0) @ Tennessee (5-1)
Reason: Gotta go with the Undefeated
Brooklyn (1-3-1) @ Virginia (4-2)
Reason: Copperheads like to lay low and strike when annoyed. Well, they're annoyed.

Vote for Game of the Week: New England @ Miami

11-3 for week 6

Prideco you are so much appreciated for doing this it is fun and easy to bring enjoyment to all of us in the league.

Now on to my Rodney Dangerfield self bashing. Geos 1st edition. has his last supper request prior to making waves in the croc infested waters of Australia - Pizza less cheese with bacon please. I'll wash that down with VSOP Cognac. on to my end as geo 2nd ed. comes to life lol.

The coaches have been fed no I mean fed to the crocs 1 by one. we don't fire em in Sota.

Home game tomorrow had to refund 59,999 tickets salary cap shoes owners are cheap weepos. Only one that comes to the game Gray the Squirrel. Had to pay her with huge chestnuts to get her to attend better be there.

Now on to the FHFL --- Pit vs Sask was a really nice game giving 1 team it's first loss. As Pit remains unbeaten . Bobr geo 2nd ed. may come to you for D advice....

Another beauty for true football classic battle lovers NE vs Mtl -- perhaps a rematch in the SB perhaps not. Try as he did nyco could not get to the end zone after Munster did a great job joey just had the abilty to stop drives dead in their tracks. The Montreal secondary showed that it just may be a force to prepare for. End result NE gets first loss out of the way and can now not worry about 16-0.

And then after questioning If our Champion aparicio and K. A. had something left to do. We get another clsassi NC North battle between Win and Roc goes into a nail biting game of nerves "what else is new ?" end result Roc takes 1st as Mil sneaks to second.

Gamblers rejoice --- Lock of the week Min to lose. "wai a minute wait a minute Leif Garret gets featured" Stay in doors.

My games of the week --- Each and every one of the inter divisional games have major early season impact.

Pitts goes down in the first minute of the game. New England has a bounty on Wingate and have bruised him up so far. Not sure i can overcome the targeting that my team is taking to beat NE this week.

The Feds have been banged up and after a bruising game with NY we are down 2 more. The Feds were helpless against NYs passing attack being down our best pass rusher, starting CB and free safety. If that wasn't bad enough, now my strong safety is broken and gone for a month. Even so, the Feds hung in there using a liberal dose of smoke and a few mirrors. They even an opportunity late on a sack and a fumble but NYs D was too stout and we had to settle for 3. We never got the ball back after that.

We'll played,

NE got back on track today. Holding Miami to only 4.9 a pass compared to their season average of 8.0. They registered 5 sacks and held the Monsoon to only 2 2nd quarter field goals. The Soviet offense was back to its communist ways only punting twice and not turning the ball over at all.
