i got a pretty sweet bunter on my hands, but he has C speed. Will he be awesome at the sacrifice bunt?

He should be better than "average" but how many sac bunts does a typical pitcher have in a season? I'll have to research I guess.

Undeducated guess, I'd say they get about 0.75 chances per start. They fail often, with GIDPs, FCs, pop-ups. It would be nice to turn 5 or 6 of those into successes each season.

Intuition tells me that it would help make some of those sac attempts more successful.
I've always thought that I should use A bunt or A arm as a tie breaker when selecting pitchers, but it has just never actually happened!

I give 1 point to arm as a tie-breaker for pitchers.
