can someone please explain how in gods name ATL is TEN games ahead of my team?December 18, 2014 at 12:29AM View BBCode
I don't know about 11 games, but they sure as hell have a great roster.December 18, 2014 at 03:57AM View BBCode
The only possible explanation is that Lawman23 is a much better manager than you are. :-)December 18, 2014 at 05:45AM View BBCode
Starting pitching I think is the difference thus far. Red letter control starters vs. blue letter control starters. Also a little luck , like my closer that I picked up off the waiver wire a few years ago. He won FOY last season and is way out front again this year with 40 saves through the first 96 games. We are #1 and #2 in team hitting , I think the difference so far is pitching. Everybody knows once the playoffs begin , ABE throws all common sense out the window and it's just a big crap shoot.December 26, 2014 at 05:33PM View BBCode
a 'little' luck is an understatement. that 'closer' wouldn't even make my ROSTER.December 26, 2014 at 10:32PM View formatted

Bundy just grow up and be quiet...you are always rude and a whiner...it happens that way in real life sometimes as well...sometimes teams win when they shouldn't and loose when they shouldn't. It's not anything other than the luck of the draw. Just grow up and be quiet.December 27, 2014 at 09:26AM View BBCode
Lawman gave a friendly and reasonable answer, and all you could do was insult his team and whine some more.January 06, 2015 at 08:15AM View BBCode

If I had a dog that whined as much as you do, I'd shoot it.

That "horrible " closer from my "putrid" bullpen just became the all-time single season saves leader for this league with #61. No , his grades aren't pretty but the job just gets done.January 06, 2015 at 09:42PM View BBCode

The fact that he was a WW pick up 2 seasons ago is what baffles me most. He has been spectacular for 3 years. He will drop off the table this off-season and be of no use next year , but he will earn his 2nd FOY and due to the lack of any top starters in the league (yes I include my own in that remark , I have some good ones but they haven't put up big win totals) , he is winning the CY this year also. I don't remember the last league I was in without at least one 20 game winner in each league , but the NL may not even have a 19 game winner this year. I have always been against RP being eligible for the CY as they have their own catagory , but it is what it is.January 09, 2015 at 03:03PM View BBCode
