Congrats St. Louis!!

Congrats to the champs, St Louis, for a great season! A tip of the cap to Detroit and Baltimore as well for fine seasons!

ST Louis has assembled a great team. It should do well during the early years of new SWL.

DET also has a really good team, although it will soon begin declining, much like my team in BAL. We had great pitching staffs last season, but STL young hitters were un-phased.

This new 24-team league should be interesting.

Congrats to St.Louis! They have a remarkable offense, they keep hitting and hitting. Not to mention their SP is very good also, as there were 3 shutouts recorded in the WS, 2 by St.Louis. As for Detroit which will be moving to New York in the newly formed SWL. I would not say we need to rebuild but rather restructure. We have a couple of blue-chip SP's coming up and the core is still in their mid-20's. Hopefully in the new league there will be more opportunities for trades.

Thanks gang. Took a while to rebuild, but a lot of talent now. Hope it holds up in new combined league
