Right now, I am tentatively planning to merge the TSL with the Al Simmons League, forming a 24 team league. This will require one AL team from one of the two leagues to the NL.
If you have a major objection to this merger, please let me know. Most owners who have moved to 24 team leagues seem to enjoy the enhanced competition of the larger league, so overall it should be a positive experience.

I'm in the Jumbo Brown League, the first 24 team league, and I'm not against making the change.Kal :cool:

I'm up for doing it! Just curious though, will it make it harder to keep the bigger league going?

My question is: if we have a 24 team league will there be wildcards for the playoffs? if not the last 1/3 of a season will be no fun if your 20 games back.

How does the amateur draft work. There are usually 5 good player in a 12 team league. Are there deeper drafts, more players, more rounds?

Playoffs: There are four divisions of six teams each, and each division has a championship series before the ALCS and NLCS, so 8 of the 24 teams are involved in the postseason.
