CY for closer using relief ace settings

This guy from my team just won the Cy Young award, using the relief ace settings I like to use as Bill James outlines. So anytime in or after the 6th inning and I'm winning by 3 runs or fewer, the game is tied, or I'm losing by 2 runs or fewer, bring in the best reliever and keep him in there. Seems like I get better use of my best relievers when they get put into games in more situations like that than just in save-only situations.

He got lucky with the wins .
I generally use my best reliever 1st out of the pen in every situation and only take him out if he's tired or I need to pinch hit for offense. My #1 reliever generally pitches 120-150 innings and I've had a few win Cy Young's over the years when, like McNamara, they get lucky on wins.

...is currently 3rd in Cy Young voting, and 1st in ROY voting. I'm just trying to abuse him (I don't care about health) and get him as many appearances as possible for IC's. The result is often a lot of wins just due to getting a lot of appearances. I'm convinced that any owner that really wants to win a Cy Young Award can make enough moves to get it done. I don't care about those awards but it just happens that way sometimes.
