Age when players stop converting position changes

I thought the sim had built in a logic whereby players don't convert to new positions after a certain age ? In the ASL, beta, [url=]Julio Burroughs[/url] had played almost 2,000 games in the OF, and 1 game at 2B, before switching at age 35. He is now 86.3% converted to 2B .

It depends on the position and the age. Medium changes can be done in a player's mid thirties (even after declines), and easy position changes at any time, I think.

At some point during age 33 is when position changing seems to slow down. Hard position changes players may not gain anything playing at the new position. Medium and easy position changes seem to work pretty well still, probably operating as if they had lower range than they do in figuring the position change per game.
