5 for 1 trade

What's up with the 5 for 1 trade between SF and SD. Both owners told me that they are not renewing, so this seems like a case of dumping players before getting out of the league. Does not seem fair to the rest of the teams in the NL and the prospective new owner. Surprised that no NL owner has protested the trade.

I looked at trade. Don't see benefit to Frisco, if he is not renewing!! Looks like a last ditch effort by wink to get into playoffs. Frisco dumped a lot of age, for a prospect!!!

if the owners arent intending to renew it would be especially in poor taste not to reconsider things, certainly isnt any way to go out.

I looked at first and thought "wtf?", but I agree that it looks like a last ditch run to playoffs, but I still think that at least there should have been 1 or 2 more prospects/picks heading back.

I have been busy the last few days, and havent taken a look at the trade. I notice it was a huge trade but didn't get a chance to look at the details? I will take a look and see if it should be overturned. I suppose if it is getting reviewed on the message board it probably needs someone to take it to Admin and let the league decide
