I thought this team was going to begin to make some progress this season but its worse than ever with so sign of any improvement.
I can't complete a pass that is not a screen. Its not worth running a shotgun pass because its either a sack or incomplete.
The defense can't stop anything against any team
I understand there's weaknesses on this team but there's some very strong points as well. It can't compete against any team no matter how mediocre.
Any idea why this team is horrible in every aspect of the game?

what about these Tackles?
OL is my biggest need then good run defending lineman.
How much of a deal breaker is his L execution?
and the one's A- strength isnt that good either.
id put Maples as my #1 target if the execution wasn't a killer on this value

I rebuilt a team through smart 2nd and 3rd round picks. Started the pre season with a qb rating of 27 then realised I needed an older qb to move forward got him along with key players in a blockbuster multiple pick for salary cap trade. My passing game is back. I suggest you get a good exe QB by trying to trade for a vet. Or draft for one though he may not help in the first year. But more than that an upgrade. i see your running game needs an rb and more balance.and a ss to defend more passes. Maybe trade your overstock of cb's. ol/dl good strength nice.

Maples without a doubt. Your OLine is really not good at all. I can see why you aren't scoring many points. Your QB is below average too. The D looks decent but I'm guessing they struggle because your offense isn't that good.

Heidik is doing pretty well considering his age, ratings and help.

That LT is a death sentence for your QB. I like at least A rated pass blocking and A- agility for that position. Hall is nice, but the rest of the offensive line is pretty mediocre. Most of those guys would be backups on a good team.Heidik is doing pretty well considering his age, ratings and help.
