what are recommendations for best stamina settings?
does 60/80 give you better results than 50/80 default?
thanks

Stamina is very important and while everything is always relative, overall quality of your starter vs. the backup, position, attitude, etc., I dont like my guys to be under 75-80 energy, especially at the skill positions and more so in the defensive backfield.

You need to look at each of your teams separately, but play around and see what is working and where each guy´s stamina bar is when things are not going your way. Thats the best guide.

FYI- QB´s are the exception to that rule. They rarely dip below 75% but even if they do it shouldn't matter much.

You will see a lot of guys use a lessor a QB in Pro-set and I formation who rarely, if ever, throws and play the better QB only in shotgun. They will also use substitute WR´s with the idea of keeping the best guys fresh for Shotgun. I dont believe in that theory. If you have two similar QB´s or one guy who is a better long passer and the other who is much more accurate, OK fine, you can rotate. But if one QB is much better than the other you are doing the defense a favor by keeping him off the field. You are also queuing the defense that you are NOT going to throw from Pro-set or I when you do that and I think it´s a big mistake and makes it much easier to defend.

You want to play your best players as much as possible, especially at those positions.

Thats a good guide, obviously if you are deep at a position you can afford to adjust that a little either way, 80-95, whatever. If you dont have great depth at a certain position you may want to allow a guy to play a little longer, but I wouldn't recommend going below 65.

I don't like going below 75 and get them back in at 80, 85 or 90 depending on how much depth I have.
