Milons is a stud G. Parker is a very good LB. Myself I value OL over LB so on a pure value level I would rather have the G. The offer is more than fair. It just comes down to which you feel you need more.

i value OL over any position except QB

id rather keep the guard

but on the surface its a reasonable idea, it depends what you value
