trade advice in football is hard. there are many, many different ways to build winning teams. berry is a very good LB. mccardell, imo, is a mediocre qb. i'd rather have raines or arrowhead, who are a solid starter and solid backup, respectively. stepnoski is not a very good LB, imo. steponovich is a pretty good backup HB. smith is a decent enough 3-4 WR. berry is probably the best player here but the upgrade at the qb position is so large that i'd likely take this.
