I think Siegel is a bit of a disappointing case. I drafted him originally, traded him away, got him back in another trade, and traded him away one more time. Since then he's been traded twice more, and has never really gotten a full time job. If you look [url=http://www.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=9030066&statsorimps=imps]at his improves[/url], he was hurt by a terrible OS19 year, came up at OS24 but was hurt a lot, never really got a chance to start - he's probably short 40-50 ICs in that OS24-OS26 sweet spot.

But evem so, he's C+/A+ with speed vs. RHP, and even better vs. LHP. With an extra 50 ICs when he was in his 20s, what would he have been? If he'd gotten those and held a job, he might have gotten another 80-90 ICs at OS27-39; he wouldn't have converted as much of those, of course, but he could've been a max power guy with B- or more contact. He'd certainly be better than the sub he is today. Not that Chicago appears to be complaining about him...
