I was never able to get on from yesterday afternoon until this morning, and wasn't able to take Gill and Brandon off rest. Wow.

Ouch that hurts!!! I used to do that in my rookie years with Sim D until the same thing happened to me. Since then I have never bothered to rest my best players towards the end of the season. Yes you take a chance in them getting injured but you are assured that what just happened to you does not happen at all.

That really sucks though and makes sense now because when I saw the score of the first game i could not believe it!!!

Yeah, I used to never do this, but this is the 4th time this has burned me in the last few months (I've done it thrice in my other baseball league!). I think from now on I'll just put them in bullpen spots that never pitch for me or something. Much better than this alternative, haha.

well granted you are missing your top two pitchers but still both our teams are rated #1 and #2 in the league for pitching yet in 3 games Tampa has scored 18 runs on Toronto and Toronto has scored 15 runs.
Obviously something strange has happened to Toronto's pitching in this series to make up for your two top guys not pitching.

I was wondernig about all of the offense in the series as well, but it is clear now. I expected it to be more of a lockdown series for pitching like the NLCS was. You two scored almost as many in just game 4 than both teams did in the entire NLCS combined, now that is some pitching there.

I am a bit concerned about my pitching performance. My offense is much better statistically, but we are basically in a dead heat right now. I am sorely missing Gill and Brandon. The pitching matchup in Game 7 is basically dead even, so it will be up to my superior lineup to hopefully sneak out of this series. Either way, I am kicking myself right now.

That was sick after 7 games Tampa scored 43 runs to Toronto's 40 runs and it is not settled until the 14th inning of game 7.
I feel for you Emidas Toronto should not be going to the championship if you had your top two pitchers going instead of resting.

This however sets up the most anticipated pitching showdown with Cy Young going up against Skeeter Raich in game 1.

Young vs. Raich is one hell of a matchup. Good luck!

emidas.... consider yourself thourougly kicked.

GO TOR!!! Keep the AL proud... don't let the guy who promised to sell, win it again.

Amazing how one suddenly stops trade talks whence they get into playoff position.

I won't consider myself properly de-throned until a team manages to beat me with my top 2 pitchers ;)

Tough way to lose games. After game 5 and being down 3 to 2. All 3 games I have lost in the late innings. Lost in the 10 inning, lost in the 9th inning and lost another one in the 8th inning.

I never got a good offer for any of my goods... we were close to a deal and then you pulled back. Toronto was trying to buy from me but didn't have the ammunition to land anyone. No one else showed a lot of interest. I was content with standing put if I didn't land the right offer.

Have not had to use my middle RP at all this series.
