How poorly will a kicker with Low Execution perform? If he's A+/A+ in KP/KA, would you still draft him even with low execution?

Depends. Execution helps a Kicker adjust for poor weather, such as wind and rain. I think it also effects him in others way as well. I've had alot of poor weather game this year, and they've all be close. After losing a few of them by a Field Goal or less, I think I'd want a Kicker with High Execution with lower Kicking Stats, than a guy with High Kicking Stats and low Execution. Execution can also give a boost in stats as a "playmaking" ability.

Ed is correct. If your league plays in mostly low-wind cities, he may be fine. Put him on Discipline drills to work on his Execution. If you have roster space, keep a kicker with higher Execution around and keep an eye on the weather forecasts; if you are going into a key game and the forecasted wind is high, switch to the better Execution backup.
