With damaestrio working out some of the logistics for the new Initial draft logic on our development server, we have found it difficult to keep from colliding while I'm working out some of the waiver wire stuff. So code is going to be moved into beta for this more quickly than usual (ie with less testing done by me in advance). So please pardon the bugs and other things you may see in the coming weeks on this. Thanks.

I was just able to pick a few players right off of waivers and place them on my Major League squad without a waiting period. Some of them looked like they had already been claimed by other teams too. Is this how it should be?
