My notes:
I have a hard time seeing how this trade meets the guidelines of protestibility. Minnesota gives up a solid prospect and an average pitcher for a pair of aging backup allstars. It's hardly a blockbuster trade, it shows no evidence of collusion or wrongdoing, nor is it severely unbalanced to the point of damaging the league.
I do not see a valid reason to overturn this trade.
