What's up with this? http://footballbeta.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=281549
A 70 overall, 29 year old player racking up 20 sacks? How can that be? Which of his traits should make him able to be this dominant? His 52 speed? His 78 strength and agility? His 71 pursuit? His 60 execution? Or is this guy just some kind of weird statistical anomaly?

he's an anomaly, the rest of the league put up very tight numbers and most starters are better, on paper, than this guy. I've had headaches myself about the sacking ability, I used to think that strength was the key, but the moment you focus on one or even two skills this game kills you... there's only one undisputed law on sacking: linebackers can't do it.

I wonder if he's lining up at RDE and facing some poor LT's... Probably just a lucky outlier but i'll check the math anyway.
The way scrimmage plays are currently handled, each individual rusher or blitzer has a sack chance that is precalculated based on their skills vs the pass blocking of the OL and the execution and aglity of the QB. Those sack chances are stored in the logs so I can easily see if his probabilities are higher than others.
