The defense was truly awesome, limiting the high powered Trojans to 152 yards and seven points . Building and tweaking this defense, we gave up only 165 points in the regular season, has been as much fun as I've ever had on the SIM, thanks Chris.

Excuse me! We got 10 points ;-) but did you mean Crensaw was the MVP or defense?

68 of Crenshaws yards came on that TD run and other than that, it was a pick 6 and a strip sack at my 12 that acounted for your offense.

To me it was your defense. The 5 sacks (plus 3 more forced fumbles which dont count on the stat sheet) were the difference. In fact the real difference were the 2nd and 3rd strips sacks. The 2nd led to a TD and the 3rd came at your 26 with 9 min to play when we could have made it a 4 point game.

You also dominated time of possesion, but I lost my TE on the opening KO, who is a big part of my passing game and lost both my starting OLBīs in the second quater. Crenshaw only averaged about 4 yards a carry after they went down.

I think that game ball should go to the defense

Oops, 10 points is correct.

The MVP is Crenshaw simply because the defense really just did what they always do in terms of stopping the other team's offense, plus in the "real world" when a RB goes for 160 and 2 TDs in the Super Bowl he's always going to be the MVP.

The strips were key and really I'm surprised we don't get more, during the regular season we had 58 sacks and only forced 8 fumbles which is way below NFL rates .
