I'm under by $4400, it just means some tough choices which is the reality of salary caps.

No guarantee you'll be first, though.
This reminds me that we ought to have a "one week" of the season waiver time. Just like we have one in baseball, so that everyone has a chance to put in a claim.

I totally agree with this, not sure how waivers work in the NFL though.
