Draft Order Mixed Up
September 24, 2011 at 02:50PM View BBCode
I think the script put the playoff teams in reverse order, since it has Atlanta picking 16th, but Arizona has the first pick of the playoff teams..
Also. Please note that I want that A overall punter in the draft, so please don't draft him! :)

Yessir, coming right up, Sir. Would you like some accuracy or xtra distance sauce with your kicker, Sir.?:D

Thought this would be fixed by now. The draft should not run in this order

Maybe this year we'll have to back out through the playoffs again and it will be my turn to win the replay.

Draft runs in about 10 minutes, and the order is still wrong.
This might be bad.

1050 pm and the draft order is still skewed. I smell redo.:o:D

And it ran ... with the wrong order.
Nice draft for Carolina, though. He got 2 P and 3 K.

We probably shouldnt make any significant moves, I bet Chris will unwind it

It is a shame he didn't check in all day. This thread started 12 hours ago.

Yeah..was hoping that would get checked ahead of time...drafting 16th instead of 11th is a pretty big deal over 7 rounds..

The wrong order is ok with me. Play on I say

I'm gone all day tomorrow, but I'm not going to bother working these picks into my depth charts. It would be a waste if the draft gets backed out ...

Why did the draft run so quickly? Normally we have had 24 hours between the Sim Bowl and the draft, right?

Sorry, been tied up a bit. I'm looking into it.

The draft should be correct now and the problem that caused the order to be wrong corrected.

It is still not right. Ariz drafted its 29th pick [G. Thornhill] in 48 position and Ariz 25th! pick, a punter [Shipp] was drafted 57th. I'd like the punter plz.
Thornhill probably dropped to 64th where he is an ok pick. He sucks at 48.
NEVERMIND. I probably didn't have the right boxes checked in that hard to understand draft organizer at the top of the page [it's not showing now]. It's supposed to help and it just helped me out of 3 choices that I'd rather have had instead of this CB that prob won't make the team.
You'd think after this many drafts a fellow might get a clue.:lol:

I was wondering where Diggeridoo came from:P
I thought something wacky happened. The redraft actually worked out for me...I was disappointed last night and now I'm only ambivilent.

 jak.
I liked picking 11. It was a delightful tease.:D
Picked up a good looking 23 yr old FB last night. He was undrafted. He's gone from my roster today although still undrafted and now unavailable. Redistribution of wealth.
The redo happened right after I went to bed.
Whine, whine, whine, spoodie oodie. blackmoody....

I'm not going to try to figure it out ... but somehow I went from getting the 11th guy on my list to the 2nd without moving draft positions.

Hi, Chris. Sorry to bring more contention into your not quite idyllic day.
I know my posts read like I'm yelling, and I am, but it's not at you and it's not your or the leagues fault. A couple weeks back some [expletive deleted] smashed the cozy wing out of my truck and stole my tools, satellite radio, gps, cell phone, speakers and defaced the radio trying to get it. I'm still not over it. In fact I feel like screaming much of the time. I'm trying not to let it bleed through, but having little success. So, please, try to bear with me.
Love the sim, btw. and only want to help despite my tone.:D
I would like to discuss the recent draft, not the 7 round repick, that is right and good. It's the waiver wire, the guys after the first 112. This did not change from draft one to draft two. The waiver wire should not have reset.
We all knew the draft was going off at 11pm. Ariz found a good looking FB
[cunningham, nee blacklung, nee perpich.] and claimed him on 8-8.
I get up today and he is again claimed by another team on 8-14.
Ariz did not waive him. He should be on the Ariz roster as the waiver wire should not have reset as nothing changed from draft to redraft.
This pickup was the one bright spot in a lackluster draft for Ariz.
Lance feels slighted for being diligent and timely. The pickup is shown on the waiver wire news.
Yes, it's a minor kick in the for Chi., but it is also like the draft redo in that he was mine first. I'm sure the old bear understands.
Can you fix this for me?
Thx.
