I just checked my beta team and AFE had several lesser players in starting roles, I thought I'd best grab a screen cap before making further, besides those shown at LB and FS he also had my 4th highest rated DT starting and my 2nd highest rated QB.September 19, 2011 at 08:10PM View BBCode
I had to move a few players around because it had the better LT at RT, and vice versa.September 19, 2011 at 08:46PM View formatted

The auto sub system takes Conditioning into consideration. If you look at the "better" players who weren't started, their Conditioning is low. This is so the auto-sub system will sit overused RB's and WR's rather than run them into the ground.September 20, 2011 at 10:47AM View BBCode
I happen to remember a thread a while back about auto teams doing too well, or something. The question was asked why this could be so and the answer was that the sim knows the numerical values of the players as opposed to a letter grade that represents a range and because of this will always slot the best player. This, obsurdly gives an abandonded team a big advantage. I seem to remember that something was tweaked in the code to disrupt this? Is that what's happening?September 20, 2011 at 03:59PM View BBCode
I haven't done that, but I will. Essentially, I'm going to divide the numerical score so it sees the same grades as the owner does.Pages: 1
