College draft trade lock

When does the college draft lock? At 11:30 AM (EDT) today I tried to enter a pick trade, but the current year does not appear in the list.

It makes it hard to trade my first overall pick!

I think that they have been locking when the off season runs, but it shouldn't be doing that, you should be able to trade things afterwards. (What do you want for the pick?)

Yes, you absolutely need to be able to trade for picks right up to the draft.

This should be fixed.

Yes, that's a bug. It's not a "lock", just an oversight.
