This is a bit of an aside, but I was wondering if there is any plan to add a mentoring element like on the baseball side? An older player with high Att and perhaps exe since that effects preparedness...key to development of younger players. It could have a possitive effect on the attitude and execution of younger players, thus boosting their improvement. It probably would be position specific and the amount of influence a mentor has would be dictated by the young players attitude.Just a thought.

At certain positions, like QB, you never see a pro team without one veteran in the mix.

It's a pretty good idea, really. Right now I am favoring youth over vets almost everywhere.At certain positions, like QB, you never see a pro team without one veteran in the mix.

It's a good idea, I really hadn't thought along those lines yet. (Note: Attitude was actually called Leadership in the early editions of the code.)
