I am strongly considering changing Conditioning drills to increase Conditioning by 10 points rather than setting it all the way to 100. So if you have a guy with a bad Attitude who's Conditioning for the week is 85, setting him on a Conditioning drill will take him to 95 rather than 100.August 02, 2011 at 04:36PM View BBCode
I think this is a must change. I've basically decided that I should run a small roster of high talent guys and set everyone's training to "C" for the single season format. It has worked pretty well for BFL! lolAugust 02, 2011 at 04:41PM View formatted

You lose out substantially in other areas. You could look at my improvement report from last season in BFL and see the difference (I can't access the beta site at the moment, acuz work). In a single season league (IMO) it is not significant enough to matter. I do not think I would try it in a long-term league.August 02, 2011 at 04:55PM View BBCode
The improvement reports aren't working retroactively, so I'll have to wait and see how it goes this season in Beta if you're still doing it.August 02, 2011 at 05:04PM View BBCode
I'm planning to do it there again, yes. But I haven't set the team up yet, so the first two games won't be correct. Still, you will be able to notice the difference I think.August 02, 2011 at 05:31PM View BBCode

That change will make the un-highlighted ratings on the left of the skills page much more important [might have to change the college ratings back].August 03, 2011 at 03:50AM View BBCode
Part of this change is also to change how Attitude is applied to conditioning. Before, a D or lower Attitude would almost guarantee that player would start between 75-85% Conditioning. Now, they should be up at 95% at least 20% of the time for even the worst Attitudes. So it shouldn't need to be as much of a knee-jerk "condition them all". Your kickers would benefit more from kicking drills, especially in multiseason, especially since kickers get more IC's from drills than game time.August 03, 2011 at 03:59AM View BBCode
So what is the corrrect letter to use? How will it work?August 03, 2011 at 04:48AM View BBCode
You get to see your Conditioning as soon as the prior game is over. Any players at 95 or over should probably be put on drills more suited to their needs; below that they are certainly candidates for Conditioning.Pages: 1
