I want to know how those seniors from the service academies are draft eligible .

Don't they have military commitments to fulfill ?

Faber should be a shoe in, but let's not forget:

Harrison University

Coolidge College

Barnett College

Huxley University

There's always the "problem schools" as well, like Eastern State University and Western University, though WU is mostly a basketball school .

Worst record should be first. I'd like to know how the tie-breakers are handled though.

Right now the same tiebreakers that are used for standings are used for draft order, in reverse of course. The Sim Bowl participants should be last but I need to check the code to make sure they actually are.

These colleges have been replaced with State University of Pennsylvania and Maryland College. Also, the colleges have been put in a more realistic ranking order.

Didnt we discuss that smaller schools would have lesser players? I think thats how it should be. For every Jerry Rice there should be 50 All Pros from the big schools, but if you look hard enough there should be some guys worth uncovering at the small programs too
