You can adjust this in your settings, I think. Have you checked under Offense>2-Min? What is it that you are not liking about the settings?

Offense>2 min doesn't take effect when leading, only when tied or behind. At the end of the game your 2-minute offense is hardcoded to eat time and kneel the ball when leading.

Rich, is that sequence from the end of half or end of game? Can you post the game link?

Both are from the first half, Chris. This has been going for months.

I thought that you fixed it so that the 2-min in the first half would apply regardless of score.

This strategy is in effect when X or fewer seconds are remaining in the half (for either team) or game (when tied or behind).

I'm reading the description wrong maybe, but to me it says that it takes effect with less than X seconds remaining in the half (for either team), or it takes effect with less than X seconds remaining in the game (when tied or behind).

So, the tied or behind thing should only apply at the end of the game, and the X seconds should be the only restriction at the end of the first half.

I know I have screamed about this for a long time, but running out the clock in that position is no different than a turnover. You have squandered a chance to score. If I turn it over thats my fault, but, especially on the other side of the 50, the risk/reward is so low that any NFL team playing like that would have its coach fired.

I understand some guys want to run out the clock so we should have the option to do that. But on that note, and while we are on the subject, if youre deep in your own end running out the clock you should take a knee, not run the ball and chance a turnover the same as you would at the end of a game

Sorry, I don't think my brain has been fully engaged on this issue. This behavior is a bug. It may be the same bug related to a couple of other issues I am looking at.

Rich, thank you for staying on this issue.

I found a bug where a test was out of order. 2-minute strategies ARE supposed to be used at the end of the half.

This has hopefully been fixed.

No, you are right, my brain wasn't engaged. There was a bug.

As a quick fix for this, if you are in the Yellow Zone when leading at the end of the half, you will now kneel the ball.

Perfect, Chris. Thanks. That one has really been stuck in my craw.

Now, when do we reopen the debate on the passing game? The medium passing and tackle breaking is out of control. I have no issues with the little fast guys breaking tackles, thats how it works in real life. But WR´s right now basically have impunity going across the middle, and thats not true in the NFL.

In the games Im seeing the WR´s are not having to pay a price (getting knocked out) like they do in the NFL. I use it as much as anyone, but its not right. I think that if these guys are going to the middle 20 times or more a game (which would never happen in the NFL) the injuries and drops should be adjusted higher. NFL LB´s use intimidation as much or more as any physical skill when defending the middle because they cant keep up physically. As its stands now any WR can and does dominate the middle. That should be area were only the strongest survive.

Thoughts anyone?

I'll take a look at this but the big balancing work is going to have to come after we get the multi-season game up. But I can analyze something as specific as middle passes.
