In some cases, these teams have traded or acquired future draft picks. You can see the teams and buy them from this page:

We have about 6 owners who have either not checked their teams in the last month, or have requested we find new owners, so we are now in search of replacement owners.The cost for these teams is $12. That will get you the rest of this season, plus the next season.

Old member returning to play again. Is it possible to spend dynasty dollars on this? I've checked around the board but am not sure about how to use dynasty dollars. I tried converting my dynasty dollars to credits but I still don't appear to be able to use them (I was trying to sign up for Chicago Gym Sox).[Edited on 4-16-2011 by jchoopz]

I have been trying to pick up the Detroit Yahoos in the Cesar Cedeno League for the past several hours and pay via PayPal. But I keep getting a PayPal window that states that they are doing maintance (which is OK by me) but its asking me to re-enter by COMPLETE VISA account number which does not sound right. I am not about to enter my complete VISA number in the un protected window provided by PayPal when I access my account.I already have SimDynasty teams Minnesota Road-Kill in the DDL and Pittsburg Pirates RAL.

That does seem odd. I'm not seeing that now here. It looks like the team has been claimed, but we do have several teams available in our speed leagues:

I know that the Yahoos are claimed which is OK but I don't have an interest in speed leagues.

Thanks Tyson, the PalPay web site states that it is doing "security" maintance and that my contract is one that was chosen to verify, which is OK with me. But it is asking that I submit my entire VISA account number so that they can verify the card. They did submit a number XX XXXX XXX 4383 which the last four number they provided is no where near my number.
I know that the Yahoos are claimed which is OK but I don't have an interest in speed leagues.
