How do I get him more involved in the offence?

What plays would favour him?

I've got my TE involved more with play action & short passes.

I checked my TE production in the first half. He was targeted 6 times. 3 targets from the pro set, 1 target from I-form, 2 targets from shotgun.

The TE is mostly used in the short pass sets, although he will show up in medium as a primary target and in long as a fallback target.
