what difference does it make if a player is at 100% or 90% or x% conditioning? what does this effect?

Conditioning and fatigue are kind of the same thing or tied together or whatnot. Fatigue is the red bars during a game showing how tired a player is. If a player is at 90% condition before a game they will start that game already being 10% fatigued. The more fatigued a player is the more their ratings take a hit, i believe i saw somewhere that at 50% fatigue the ratings drop about a full letter grade(so from say A to B). So at 90% id guess the ratings only drop a few points, from say like high B+ to medium B+.
If you train your players in conditioning they'll always start the next game at 100%. If my starters are below 90% or so after a game ill usually train them in conditioning, also i think you almost always want to train your older players(like 27+) in conditioning, because theyre not going to convert hardly any skill improves anyway.
