Time out - coaching strategy

Looks like the time input boxes on the coaching strategy page have a maxlength of 2. I'm guessing that this is a bug, not a feature, since the default values have 3 digits :)

Yes, it's a bug... and I saw New York call a time out just before punting again today. Not sure why I just can't get timeouts right.

Both of these issues have been fixed.

Cleveland called a timeout just before punting about a minute before that, too.

Same problem. I'd put in the previous fix for the 4th quarter only.
