17-2, won 14 in a row, lost the opener 7 to 8.
6.0 games ahead of second place
Lowest runs scored is 1 (1 time), and then 4 runs (4 times).
Highest runs scored is 13 (2 times).
10 of the 25 N.L. All-Stars are from Houston.
Houston has outscored its opponents, 129-60 (average score of 7-3).
The next best offensive team has only scored 95 runs.
Combine the offense with 6 complete games (3 shut-outs), and the best defense (7 errors), and you have a world-series winner in the making.
Decent start to the season for the WS runner-ups from last season!

I misread your quote at the bottom as "Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad." When I realized what it actually said, I thought salad was funnier. Join a pay league! It's way more fun

Great quote :-)
Trial leagues are not much fun, I agree... join a pay league. Not to burst your bubble but don't get too excited over regular season accomplishments. 14 in a row is nice but my team runs off double-digit winning streaks regularly, but I couldn't care less. As long as I win the ring that's all that matters. If I have 12 All-Stars and no ring, I failed. If I get the Cy Young and MVP and no ring, another failure. 162-0 but lose in the playoffs. OK, you get the drift. All I'm saying is play for the ring and not for small accomplishments that don't mean much at the end of the day. It's SimDYNASTY not SimGREATSTATS :-)
